GitSync is a versatile cross-platform git client designed to streamline the process of synchronizing local folders with remote repositories. It operates seamlessly in the background, requiring only a one-time configuration, with options available for manual synchronization as needed.

It supports iOS 12 and later versions, offering multiple authentication methods including HTTP/S, SSH, and OAuth integrations with GitHub, Gitea, and GitLab services. Users can clone remote repositories, perform fetches, pulls, stages, commits, and pushes, as well as resolve merge conflicts within the app.

Key synchronization features include automatic updates on predefined schedules and detailed repository settings such as enabling signed commits, customizable commit messages, author configurations, and editing of essential git files like .gitignore and .git/info/exclude. The application also provides the option to disable SSL if necessary.
